Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we follow a transparent return policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items bought during sale or discount offers
- Used, washed, or altered products
3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is ours)
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivered

5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
