For Six years, I worked in the export industry, learning the ins and outs of global markets. But deep down, I always dreamed of something more—building a brand of my own, a brand that would bring art and creativity to the world in a meaningful way.
I knew I wanted to start small, to take that first step. That’s when I turned to Etsy—a place where creativity thrives. But even as I began setting up my shop, I found myself stuck on one crucial detail: the name.
I wanted a name that wasn’t tied to just one product, one art form, or one idea. It had to be something fluid, something that could grow and evolve with time—just like creativity itself. One word kept coming back to me: “Art”. And then, I found the perfect metaphor—”a river”. A river never stops. It keeps flowing, carrying with it new ideas, new inspirations, and endless possibilities.
And so, “The Art River” was born—a modern brand rooted in Indian artistry, but always open to new creativity. My goal is simple: to bring beautiful, meaningful, and handcrafted pieces into your life, pieces that tell a story, that carry the heart and soul of an artist.
